Thank you for your willingness to share your time and talent with Lakeside. We are so grateful for you!

Follow the steps below!

1) Review the Volunteer Training Presentation using the link below.

2) Complete the background check using the link provided.

3) Print, read, and sign the FERPA Acknowledgement form. Upper school forms can be returned to the school via email at ghlsusinfo@greatheartstxschools.org. Lower school forms can be returned to the school via email at Keri.Woodruff@greatheartstxschools.org

4) Once everything is completed and submitted, send an email to Mrs. Ashley Bettis for upper school (ashley.bettis@greatheartstxschools.org) and Stephanie for lower school (ghvpvolunteerslc@gmail.com) informing her that you have completed the training and are ready to begin volunteering!
